a2z Universal Base

Universal base for the a2z laser jig system.

Can be secured to any standard bed with 5mm/6mm threads at 25mm spacing on center.

The inner area of the base plate is 150mm square. Though this baseplate was designed optimized for galvo lasers with a 150mm lens, this can be used with any galvo laser lens length.

The base can be secured to the laser bed using the Universal Brackets included, allowing for the base plate to be adjusted to any X/Y position on the bed for perfect centering at the laser center. There are also embedded mounting holed in the Universal Base that allow for direct mount to the laser bed, though in this case it can only be positioned in 25mm X/Y increments in which case it may not be centered.

There is a CUSTOM option to have a base plate made for you with custom positioning of the embedded mounting holes so your Universal Base is centered on your laser without the use of the Universal Brackets for a cleaner setup.

Includes a standard 5mm height insert.
